We develop real estate that caters to the residents, business owners and travelers who live their day-to-day lives on the sidewalks of the cities they inhabit. The urban dwellers.

Interested in getting involved in some of these projects? At this time, we only utilize "friends and family" investment but we are always looking to make new friends. We'd love to get coffee and discuss your interests.
